Makeda Krish
London-based producer, radio host and DJ Makeda Krish creates an expansive and dynamic listening experience. Rooted in jazz, she weaves in folk, hip-hop, electronic, alternative and Sahelian music for versatile sets that are both introspective and euphoric. She has performed behind the decks at London’s Jazz Café, the Southbank Centre’s Jazz Re:Fest and Islington’s Assembly Hall. She also hosts a regular show, Sonics w/ Makeda, on BoAt Pod radio, and has appeared as a guest on Foundation FM, Soho Radio, Voices Radio and Jazz FM.
