Auk Nova

Valentin Kugler was already singing his own compositions when he was playing in the streets of Bern. The founder of the band Me, Valentin & You is now continuing the adventure under the name Auk Nova. An auk is a bird flying over the icy waters of the Far North. The singer evokes these desolated landscapes through his melancholic hymns and atmospheric sounds. In the midst of all this, Valentin’s haunting voice brings warmth and comfort, like a gentle fire on a winter’s evening. His debut album, Monomorphic, will be released this year.
