Arthur Hnatek

Arthur Hnatek is a drummer drummer and composer, born in Switzerland in 1990 and internationally renowned. He is active in his jazz trio (ZKB Jazzpreis winner) or with the quartet Melismetiq. For his solo-project SWIMS, he produces electronic music between improvisation and dance music. A close collaborator of Tigran Hamasyan and Erik Truffaz on tour and on recordings, he also played with Dhafer Youssef, Hans Zimmer, Donny McCaslin, Vincent Peirani and Sophie Hunger. He as also composed for symphony orchestras as well as jazz ensembles in many music colleges around Europe.
